This privately owned villa in Palm Grove is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom one storey villa in excellent condition and fully equipped. The property has an open plan layout designed over one-level through from entrance to the living and dining areas and onto the covered terrace with patio and swimming pool. Two of the bedrooms open onto the covered terrace and pool area and the well appointed kitchen is close to the indoor dining area.

As you are our guests you enjoy social membership to Royal Westmoreland giving you access to Mullins beach, our waited service beach facility only 10 minutes’ drive from the Villa. Sunbeds and members deck are exclusively for Royal Westmoreland Guests and when you want a drink, just put up your flag for that star treatment. There is a private parking facility nearby. Back on the resort guests can enjoy the Sanctuary with it’s pool, gym and bar, serving drinks, snacks and light meals. The Clubhouse has stunning views across the golf course where you can enjoy a leisurely drink, breakfast, lunch or evening meal. The Rum Shak for that laid back, Caribbean experience is a must. The property is also looked after by Estate Management Services for any technical needs, just ask the housekeeper. Outside: Good size free form private swimming pool with beautiful views, sun loungers with cushions, covered terrace with sofa and chairs, outdoor table and chairs, and separate raised patio area with outdoor table/chairs and parasol. Barbecue. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, housekeeping area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Our housekeeper will take care of your laundry and cleaning needs Monday to Friday (Unless otherwise specified) while you are our guests. Bathroom, pool towels and linen are all included. Other: The living room opens onto a large covered terrace with comfortable seatin lounge and pool chairs, sun loungers and gas fired barbecue. For the younger members of the family we have a travel cot, high chair, baby walker and car seat all of which are available at no extra cost. (Please note you will need to bring your own linen for the travel cot).

The Master and second bedroom have room safe’s fitted and all bedrooms have flat screen, blue tooth TV’s and hairdryers.

The third bedroom can be comfortably made up as 3 x single bed or a double and a single without compromising on space. We do also have a foldaway bed suitable for a child which would allow for 8 people to be acommodated.
